What Your Rental Rate Includes:
- Exclusive use of villa, private pool,
and grounds. (No other renters will be
“
sharing” anything with you, no matter
how few guests there may be in your group.)
- A staff member to shop for your groceries
and beverages—and have the villa stocked
when you arrive.
- A full-time staff to prepare three family-
style meals per day. (Your caretaker has
his own house at the edge of the property; cooks/housekeepers live near the
property.)
- Daily cleaning of villa.
- Personal laundry needs, as requested.
- Groundskeeping and pool maintenance.
- Linens, bath towels, beach towels.
- Utilities.
- All taxes, including GCT.
